The Miami Open (also known as the Miami Masters) is an ATP Masters 1000 event held in Miami, Florida. It is the 2nd Masters 1000 of the year and follows directly after the BNP Paribas Open. These two tournaments are known as the “Sunshine Double, ” a series of two consecutive hard court tournaments in the United States at the beginning of the year.

The BNP Paribas Open and Miami Open are the only two tournaments that go on for longer than eight days besides grand slams.

Where is the Miami Open Played?

The Miami Open is an outdoor, hard court tournament played at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami, Florida, USA.

The Hard Rock Stadium is the home field of the Miami Dolphins and has a seating capacity of around 14,000 for the Miami Open.

When is the Miami Open Played?

The tournament starts on the 22nd of March 2023 and finishes on the 2nd of April 2023.

The qualifying for the event starts on the 19th of March 2023 and finishes on the 21st of March 2023.
